Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01/01/2026

At The Chapter Label, all items are produced as custom, made-to-order apparel. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect both our production process and our clients.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All Custom Orders are Final Sale.

Once an order has been approved and submitted to production, it is non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom apparel with sizing selections

  • Greek letters, chapter names, dates, or organization branding

  • Embroidery, screen printing, heat press, or specialty finishes

  • Bulk or chapter orders

  • Items ordered through group forms or sizing rosters

No Refunds for Approved Proofs

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs prior to production.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Misspellings

  • Incorrect sizes

  • Design placement errors

  • Color selections

  • Quantity discrepancies

Once a proof has been approved by the customer.

Sizing & Individual Selections

When group orders, sizing forms, or rosters are used:

  • Each individual is responsible for their selected size

  • The Chapter Label is not responsible for sizing errors

  • No refunds or replacements will be issued for incorrect size selections

Shipping & Delivery Issues

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit

  • Carrier errors or delays

Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrierShipping-related issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused by our production, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

To be considered, claims must include:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Order number

  • Description of the defect

If approved, The Chapter Label may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the item

  • Replace the item

  • Offer a store credit and/or refund

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only in rare cases where resolution is not possible.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting The Chapter Label may result in:

  • Order cancellation (if not yet shipped)

  • Denial of future services

  • Submission of supporting documentation to the payment processor

Approved proofs, signed agreements, and order confirmations serve as evidence of authorization.
