All Greek merchandise is subject to national trademark and licensing review. To ensure approval and protect each organization’s reputation, all artwork must meet official compliance standards.

Our team reviews every design with these requirements in mind before submitting for licensing approval.

Designs We Are Able to Produce

We can print designs that respectfully represent Greek organizations, including:
• Greek letters, chapter identifiers, and founding years
• Philanthropy, sisterhood, recruitment, and campus pride themes
• Class years, line names, and commemorative events
• Positive, empowering, and values-based messaging
• Official symbols, mascots, and crests when used correctly
• Custom artwork created to reflect unity, leadership, and tradition

All artwork must remain accurate to official branding standards.

Designs That Cannot Be Produced

Licensing will not approve artwork that contains or implies:
• Alcohol, drugs, smoking, or party culture
• Sexual, suggestive, or explicit language or visuals
• Profanity, derogatory language, or disrespectful expressions
• Hazing references or unsafe conduct
• Weapons, violence, or hostile imagery
• Political, religious, or controversial statements
• Messaging that conflicts with organizational values
• Altered, incorrect, or distorted Greek letters or symbols
• Any third-party logos or trademarks without permission

Licensing Review Process

All Greek designs must be reviewed and approved by the appropriate licensing authority prior to production. Approval decisions are made by the organization and licensing agency — not by the designer or printer.

If a design is declined, revisions may be required before production can proceed.
