Thank you for shopping with The Chapter Label. Please review our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order. We offer both ready-to-ship inventory and custom-made apparel. Processing times vary based on the type of product purchased.

 

1. Order Processing & Production Time

Ready-to-Ship Items

In stock products typically ship within:

  • 1–3 business days (Ready to Ship)

Custom Apparel & Made-to-Order Items

All custom apparel and personalized products are made to order.

  • Standard production time: 2–3 weeks

  • Production time may vary depending on product type, customization level, and order quantity.

  • Large or bulk orders may require additional production time.

Production begins once payment is received and artwork/design details are approved (if applicable).

2. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping time is separate from processing and production time.

Estimated delivery after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, destination, and selected shipping method.

4. Shipping Carriers

We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination and service availability.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

The Chapter Label is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Chapter Label is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. For delayed or lost shipments, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided.

8. Damaged Packages

The Chapter Label is not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Additionally, please notify The Chapter Label within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged packaging and item so we can document the issue and assist when possible.

9. Custom & Personalized Orders

Because custom items are made to order:

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

  • Custom items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
